Week 3 Down!

Well another week has gone by at Escape. It Seems like it is going so fast! But still really enjoying it. We did Polygons last week which obviously the part I was looking forward to!
We started off by modelling something simple and proving how powerful "Duplicate Special" can be! By modellign part of a tire and then Duplicatiing it a certain amount of times and slightly offset each time. So this meant that it created the whole tread just from one little bit!


We Then Went on to model a pair of headphones. This was more just to show how you only have to model one side while having a live preview of what it would look like when it is smoothed and finished. As you can see in the picture we also modeled it flat then just added a bend modifier to make it curve.


Then last of all we modeled a Mustang Plane. This was fun too as it gave me some insight into how to do big real world objects, like plans or cars.



I Have also now decided that I am going to do the RogerClarkMotorsport as my 6 week Prject. I have started it a bit, Shall be posting some WIPs soon!
